The firm's primary focus is estate planning. Estate and Trust Administration.
We have significant experience in assisting with the administration of estates and trusts, both in advising personal representatives and trustees, and assisting beneficiaries regarding their rights and expectations. Our attorneys routinely prepare federal and state estate tax returns and deal with the IRS on various tax-related issues, including valuation disputes and significant legal issues under audit. Our staff is also very experienced in probate and trust matters, allowing us to accomplish the necessary tasks efficiently.
Income Tax Matters.
Our attorneys also deal with disputes with the IRS regarding income taxes for individuals, trusts and estates and closely-held businesses. Our attorneys also prepare income tax returns for a significant number of clients.
